  • Specifying and gathering quotes for materials (flooring, tile, countertop), cabinets and plumbing fixtures
  • Specifying doors, door hardware and paint colours
  • Reflected Ceiling Plans (shows drop ceiling layouts and lighting/electrical layouts)
  • Interior Elevations (shows feature wall designs, cabinet designs with dimensions and specialty hardware, tile specs/layouts, plumbing specs/locations, mirror sizes, etc.)
  • Sections & Details where required for construction
  • Complete drawing set “issued for permit” when required for the City
  • Site visits as required to ensure construction is going as planned
